Our office is quickly growing and we need someone who we can train to fit in our office team! Our Customer Service Representative needs to exceed customer service standards for current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in .
We offer Home - Auto - Life - Commercial sales with strong training support.
Once licensed to solicit and sell insurance, no prospecting needed, leads are funneled into agency aggressively. Average CSR makes over $400/mo. in additional sales commissions and bonuses. Opportunities for promotion/advancement into a well paying career available depending on effort .
Responsibilities
CSR will focus on customer service which includes cross selling opportunities. Ideally looking for someone with a great attitude, willing to learn everything the industry has to offer!
Once Licensed:
No prior experience is necessary.
