The TXRX Labs Electronic Engineering Technologist (EET) Extended Training is a certification-aligned, intensive hands-on 4-week training program that will prepare students to produce professional electronic components upon completion .
After an initial week of foundational skill-building and electronic theory, students will immediately begin assembling non-critical, real-world electronic devices for our employer partners. The rest of the training focuses on professional quality production and efficiency.
Students will become skilled in class-3 soldering techniques and will be encouraged to apply and test for IPC-J-STD-001 certification. Although certifications may help students earn a job, we have found that true skills and experience are more important to employers.
We will be testing your abilities to find a match for one of our manufacturing employer partners.
*Eligible Trainees may be a fit for a paid apprenticeship or internship with one of our employer partners. UNPAID TRAINING. TXRX Labs provides industry recognized certification at NO COST.
