Job Title:  Food Production Operator (Entry-level & Skilled Positions)
Location:  Little Falls, MN
Compensation: $18.00-$27.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: All Shifts

What You'll Do as a Food Production Operator:

• Operate packaging machines and stack finished product
• Load machines with raw product
• Work as part of a team to maintain timely, efficient production flow
• Set up and clean the packaging area between production runs
• Inspect lot codes and use metal detection equipment to ensure product quality standards are met

What You Need to Bring to the Food Production Operator Role:

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Forklift experience preferred, but training is provided
