Leasing Representatives are sales professionals responsible for ensuring that our buildings are leased and generating the maximum possible revenue for our company. They work directly with our existing clients, potential clients, and real estate brokers to lease all properties in our portfolio. They are the representatives of our company who interact with the public at various levels and must be articulate and professional at all times.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required, Business degree preferred
Valid driver’s license
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
