Learn how we are building one of the fastest-growing ecommerce companies in history: Spreetail is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Assistant Merchant to help keep our merchandising operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll work closely with merchants and cross-functional teams to manage day-to-day priorities, support key deliverables, and solve issues before they become roadblocks. How you will achieve success: Provide administrative and operational support to the merchandising team, including maintaining calendars, coordinating meetings, managing meeting notes, and tracking follow-ups. Develop and maintain internal communications and presentations to ensure key updates, priorities, and action items are clearly communicated. Utilize merchandising systems and tools to complete daily tasks, maintain accurate information, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues. Collaborate with merchants and cross-functional support teams to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time. Take ownership of ad hoc and time-sensitive requests, prioritizing tasks based on business needs and ensuring timely execution. What experiences will help you in this role: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience in merchandising, retail, ecommerce, or a similar fast-paced environment, with knowledge of retail item data, shipment tracking, or basic accounting practices. Ability to stay focused on goals, manage multiple priorities, and consistently deliver accurate, high-quality work within deadlines. Strong communication and learning agility, with the ability to collaborate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and quickly learn new systems and processes.
